For facilitating a happy, productive employee base, training departments of organizations should provide opportunities for further training and growth. Unfortunately, quite many employees or management dismiss training as mundane or expendable. But the reality is that employee training can be boring, only in a scenario when the inappropriate type of training conducted, without doing proper “Training Need Analysis” and randomly selecting unproductive training programs. Efforts should be channelized to detect the gaps and lapses and organizing the right kind of training which is the most suited and very much the need of the hour, for performance enhancement.
